The first company of FET POWER, FEIYA ENGINEERING & TRADING COMPANY LIMITED was established in September 2006, with its headquarters located in Ghana on the west coast of Africa. The company has long been committed to business expansion in fields such as engineering consulting, equipment and vehicle sales, and mineral development. It is the authorized dealer of well-known Chinese brands such as SINOTRUK, SANY, LONKING, JMC and HANGCHA in Ghana.

After nearly 20 years of development, FET POWER has established three companies, namely FEIYA ENG.&TRD., FET AUTO and FET MINING, in three countries, namely Ghana, Sierra Leone and Guinea respectively. It has invested in and built seven sales and service bases, with more than 300 employees and over 800 core customers. With an average annual sales volume of over 1,300 sets, it has become one of the more influential mechanical equipment trading companies in Ghana and even in West Africa.

Since 2018, the company has been dedicated to the development of heavy-duty trucks, special equipment, construction machinery, passenger cars and other businesses.
